How to Order:

Your grass-fed beef will be cut to your specifications.

The number of each cut will be determined by animal weight and your choice of: 

  • Steak Thickness (we recommend going thinner than grocery store cuts due to the richness in flavor—usually ¾” to 1”)

  • Roast Weight (again, smaller is recommended because of reduced fat content and richer flavor—usually 2½ to 3 pounds)

  • Hamburger Packaging Size (1, 1½, or 2 pounds available)

Cuts we offer:

  • T-Bone, Porterhouse, Tri-Tip and Sirloin Steaks
    (or Filet Mignon and New York Strip steaks, if you prefer) 

  • Ribeye Steaks, Rib Roasts, Arm Roasts 

  • Eye Round Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Top Round Roast, and Bottom Round Roast
    (or request to have roasts cut for steaks or Cube Steak, if you prefer) 

  • Chuck Roast, Chuck Steaks
    (or grind some chuck into hamburger, if you prefer)

  • Flank/Skirt Steak, Brisket, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Soup Bones
    (or choose to de-bone any of these for more hamburger, if you prefer) 

  • Tongue, Heart, Liver, and Dog Bones on request with a whole beef order
